Hey, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but there is a guy stealing photos, applying Photoshop filters and claiming them as original art made by him for profit. One of the images he has stolen is yours, specifically this action figure photo. I encourage you to look through his galleries to see if he's stolen anything else of yours as well as report him on FB, DeviantArt and Kickstarter for copyright theft.
